Why
use the Amsler Grid?
It
is important to detect a problem or change in vision
at the earliest opportunity. The chance of saving
your eyesight is greatest when detected early, and
you should be aware of what you’re seeing
with each eye. Vision recovery is no longer possible
once the macula has been seriously damaged. Therefore,
patients with early macular degeneration need to
monitor each eye separately, at the frequency stated
by your doctor.
